Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing. However, because these items are mostly rare, it can only be on a case by case basis, and you will need to contact us for a quote.
Q. Are these items sent to you because they're defective?
A. No, nothing on this website is offered due to defect. Everything is non tested, non defective, and unused / returned.
Q. I'm looking for a particular item I saw on this site before, but it's gone now...
A. Contact us, we'll get it for you! Reason it may no longer be available, is because we ran out of stock, or only had one in to begin with. Please simply contact us, and we'll explain how long it may take for your item to arrive =]
Q. How can I pay?
A. Currently we accept bank or credit card transfers through paypal.com. We also accept money orders or cashiers checks. Please be courteous and email us if paying via another method then paypal, so that we can prepare your package in advance.
Q. When should I pay?
A. Simply go through the cart system once you're through shopping, and use the checkout system. It will direct you with further instructions.
Q. If I can't pay now, what are my options?
A. Send us an email, regarding the item URL ( web address ) that you are interested in, and the amount of time you'd like us to hold the item for you, if reasonable, we will hold it for you for that time.Please do not add an item to your cart and proceed through checkout if you do not intend to pay with the available methods promptly, contact first :)
Q. Who do I make my money order or cashiers check payable to?
A. Please read instructions in your email regarding who and where to send payment. This information is emailed to you once you place your order when using the check/money order option during checkout

Q. Can I track my order?
A. Within the U.S, yes you may. All packages are shipped with a confirmation code so that I know you have received your item. If you have paid me through paypal, you will usually automatically receive that code, which you can track via usps.com. However, if paying via money order or cashiers check, you will need to email me and let me know that you wish to have your confirmation number mailed to you.Please make sure you check your junk mail folders for these emails.
Q. Can I track my international order?
A. Currently we do not offer international tracking except on a case by case basis since most our items are small and it would be a waste of money for both you and us, if we've sold to you internationally, the only method of confirmation is if we ship global express mail. The starting price for this method of shipment is around $18.25 USD. We will communicate with you to choose your preferred method of international shipping before the order is processed =] We can not, and will not be held responsible for lost or damaged international orders.
Q. How long will it take my international package to arrive to me?
A. Depends. If using global express mail, it will usually get to you within 1 week to date of shipment. If shipping by air mail, it can take anywhere from 7 to 24 days. ( usually around 10 to 12 )
Q. When will my order ship out?
A. Completed and processed orders ( after cleared payment ) are shipped out within 1 to 2 business days.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Yes, you may. However, as stated above, we ship out very quickly, so if you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours. Simply send us an email and let us know ( use the email you signed up with for verification ) and you will be refunded in full. If item was shipped, we can not cancel your order.
